Prepress and Graphic Arts Specialist

Job description

What might a typical day look like as a Columbine Label Prepress and Graphic Arts Specialist?

You might stop at a convenience store on your way to work, see a great-looking display of products on an endcap, and know you were a core part of preparing the art for the labels on some of those products. Once you arrived at work, you’d be greeted by a passionate, caring, and close-knit group of co-workers that appreciates your contribution. You would then head to the office you share with your caring manager who also prepares art, and with a total focus on making things easier for the next person who touches the files. You would use your attention to detail, organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify issues with files and your solution mindset and customer service skills to work with clients and the sales, service, and production teams to resolve these issues. Using your knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and other software, you would prepare a wide variety of customers’ art files for initial proofing and press production of the final product. And you would leave at the end of the day knowing that the work you do matters.

If that sounds good, and you’d like to make a long-term home in a company that really cares about both employees and customers, you may be a great fit.
